Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

Pursuant to Section 4 of the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.234, (the "FOIA" or the "ACT") the Kalamazoo Prep Academy District has developed the following procedures and guidelines to assure compliance with FOIA and to provide clarity concerning the submission of written requests to the District, the District’s written responses, deposit requirements, fee calculations, and avenues for appeal.
