Casey has been a realtor for 7 years and has helped many clients buy and sell properties all over SW Michig n. Before that, he had a 13-year career in Sales and Marketing. Casey was born and still resides in the Kalamazoo area. He is an enthusiastic member of the community, serving as the Board President of the Kalamazoo Prep Academy, Board Trustee on the Beacon Kalamazoo Health Foundation and Kalamazoo Institute of the Arts, GVSU Charter Schools Office Board Governance Advisory Committee, and the Director of Development and Sponsorships for the TKO Premier Soccer Club. Also, Casey honors his grandfather’s legacy by spearheading the annual Jim Gilmore Jr. Foundation Golf Outing, which has raised over $400k for non-profit organizations in Kalamazoo. In his free time, Casey enjoys spending time with his family and friends, landscaping in his yard, golfing, being on the water, playing fantasy soccer & football, and cheering on Chelsea & Gotham City FC.

Marc Schupan is the CEO of Schupan & Sons Inc., a diversified recycling and manufacturing company founded in 1968. After graduating from Michigan State University and later earning an advanced degree from Harvard Business School, Marc briefly taught high school and coached sports before joining his father's business. Following his father's unexpected passing in 1974, Marc stepped in to lead the small, six-employee scrap metal company. Under his leadership, it has grown into a national and international operation with over 700 employees specializing in metals, electronics, and beverage container recycling. Guided by the values of honesty and sincerity, Marc is deeply committed to employee growth and youth philanthropy. His leadership and community impact have been recognized with numerous honors, including Lifetime Achievement Awards from Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Kalamazoo Red Rose Rotary.

Dr. Luchara Wallace is the Dean of Merze Tate College at Western Michigan University, where her responsibilities include a focus on university-wide student retention and success, fostering scholarship, partnerships, and external funding. Prior to her appointment as Dean, Dr. Wallace served as Associate Dean of the College of Education and Human Development and as Director of the Lewis Walker Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnic Relations. A Professor of Special Education, she leads research and advocacy on topics including student success, juvenile incarceration, generational wealth attainment, and policies impacting families and individuals with disabilities. She is a PI/Co-PI on multiple grant projects and previously taught courses in the Learning Disabilities endorsement block.

Sandy is a retired educator with early childhood, PreK–12, and post-secondary experience. Upon her retirement as Superintendent from Comstock Public Schools, Sandy became the founding Executive Director of Kalamazoo County Ready 4s, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting early childhood education. With a deep commitment to education, Sandy brings both professional expertise and a collaborative approach to supporting the staff, students, and families at Kalamazoo Prep Academy.

Sara Amy is the Vice President of Residential Lending at First National Bank of Michigan, overseeing residential lending efforts across the bank's various markets. A veteran of the banking industry with over 25 years of experience, Sara has held significant leadership roles at major financial institutions, including Senior Vice President of Retail Lending Sales and Operations at Northpointe Bank and Vice President of Retail Sales at Lake Michigan Credit Union. Active in the Kalamazoo community, she is a member of the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors and the Southwest Michigan Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers for Junior Achievement. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Marcus Kole is the Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at First National Bank of Michigan, where he has been a key team member since 2018. With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, Marcus brings a deep understanding of finance and relationship-building to his clients. He earned both his bachelor's degree in Business Management and his master's degree in Athletic Administration from Western Michigan University. Blending his academic background with his passion for athletics, Marcus has previously coached basketball at Kalamazoo College and Saint Mary's College, as well as youth sports for the YMCA. He has served on the board for Junior Achievement of Southwest Michigan and volunteered with the United Way. In his free time, Marcus enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with friends and family.

Erin Dominianni is a marketing and communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in project and event management, content development, copywriting, and editing across a variety of platforms. For the last 12 years she has worked in various marketing roles at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing, where she creates and implements communication strategies for various college departments and initiatives — including enrollment in the college's credit and non-credit workforce development programs.
