Curriculum

Flexible high school education for ages 15–22, built on a blended, mastery-based instructional model aligned to the Michigan Merit Curriculum.

KPA uses a blended learning model that integrates Subject.com digital curriculum with teacher-led instruction, allowing each student to progress at an individualized pace.

Blended Learning

Standards-aligned digital coursework is paired with direct teaching, small-group intervention, and conferencing from certified staff.

Mastery-Based Progression

Students advance based on demonstrated competency rather than seat time, with structured opportunities for reteaching and reassessment.

Multi-Tiered Support

A three-tiered system of supports (MTSS) delivers core instruction to all students, with targeted and intensive intervention layered in as needed.

Data-Driven Instruction

NWEA MAP Growth assessments, Subject.com performance data, and classroom evaluations guide instructional planning and intervention.
